The following group of non-profits will be providing Princeton University undergraduate students paid internships through the Princeton Internships in Civic Service (PICS) summer internship program for 2013.
Qualifying H-1B, individual L-1, F and J visa holders are now eligible for a waiver of the nonimmigrant visa interview if applying to renew their visa at a U.S. consulate in India.
The staff of the Nonresident Tax & Compliance Reporting Office (NTCR) will now be available to assist you with these issues in the Davis IC during the following times:

Beginning September 26, 2012, U.S. Embassy and Consulates in India will be implementing a new visa processing system that will further standardize procedures and will simplify fee payment and appointment scheduling.

On August 10, 2012, President Barack Obama signed into law the “Iran Threat Reduction and Syria Human Rights Act of 2012” (H.R. 1905). Section 501 excludes Iranian students from seeking education in fields related to the nuclear or energy sector if the student intends to pursue a career in that field in Iran.
As of Aug. 10, 2012, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) no longer provides admission stamps on Forms I-20/DS-2019s for prospective and returning international students and scholars (traveling with F, M, and J visas) seeking admission to the United States.
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) reminds customers affected by Hurricane Sandy of certain U.S. immigration benefits or relief that may be available to them.
